Please use good packaging, use correct postage and 'signed-for' delivery is strongly recommended.

Please include original references and explanation, and indicate if Exchange or refund is required.

Refunds will be made back to your Card or PayPal account (depending how you paid) when the goods

are received by us - and should be visible within a few days following our processing the refund.

For a full product refund, goods must be received in perfect, unopened condition with seals and shrink-wrap intact.

Original shipping charge will be refunded only in case of error on our part.
