Cancellations

Orders or part orders may be cancelled for complete refund by phone or email until they are in the hands of the postal or courier service. This will usually be from mid-afternoon on the day of dispatch. Since orders received before 8.30a.m. are often dispatched on the same day it is important to contact us quickly.
